I am seeking transcripts of my MA and, if possible, also my BA from Mumbai University, as requested by the Toronto University where I have applied for doctorate program.

It was 40 yrs ago that I finished University studies. I emailed my request to umlaof...@gmail.com  a t two weeks and also send a reminder a week ago as I didn't get a response.

If anyone here has contacts with MU, I will sent the person my details.

Andrea Pinto https://archive.mu.ac.in/Library/librarystaff.html is (or has been) the Assistant Librarian of the University of Mumbai J. N. Library at Kalina. Coincidentally, she is the sister of Jerry Pinto.

Of course, in keeping with the First Law of Volunteering, which I keep citing in other contexts, I cannot "volunteer" someone else into taking on a task which I am not willing/able to do myself. Just pointing this out, in case it helps. Official records going back so long might not be easily traceable. In fact, I was a University of Bombay student myself, and when my results were declared in the Third Year of graduation, I was initially declared "failed". Later, I breathed more easily on realising this was some technical fault on the part of the university, which had wrongly declared me 'Absent' for a paper I had answered. So much for good recordkeeping... FN
