Hi Mark,
This afternoon I lost two files that I had uploaded on the first try. I
did take two screen shots that show part of the process. The following
happened:
1. I created a new log entry.
- Added three files (shown on second submission)
- Edited the text to go with it.
- Went to the tab to add a second reference. The window did not have a
second (empty) location to enter a reference number and did not allow me
to add a new line
- I saved the entry.
- Only the first file was loaded and, of course, a single reference.
- Took a screen shot of the "first submission"
2. I edited the entry
- Added the second and third files
- Went to the tab to add a second reference. It indicated the first
reference and had a blank entry for a second. I added the second reference.
- Saved the log entry.
- Took a screen shot of the "second submission"
Note that only one email was sent; perhaps there was very little time
between the two submissions.
