Trouble : .gitignore file look's doesn't work on Windows 11 & Git 2.32.0

Hi,

I recently updated Windows 10 to Windows 11 ( with insider ) and installed the last version of git. And now, it's look's like git doesn't take heed of my gitignore file.

( I've attached an screenshot to show you what's strange )

This is my git global config :

    email = ***

    name = ***

[core]

    longpaths = true

    editor = code --wait

    excludesFile = .gitignore

[filter "lfs"]

    clean = git-lfs clean -- %f

    smudge = git-lfs smudge -- %f

    process = git-lfs filter-process

    required = true

```

And this is my local config :

    filemode = false

    bare = false

Não estou confiante em alterar o SO ainda.

Alguns fizeram os testes com a SO vazada a pouco, mas não vejo motivos pra isso.

Is your `.gitignore` file UTF-8 encoded, or UTF-16LE encoded? Git won't
understand the latter.
