Writing up a post on the new paper, which was much-covered for the assertion that 10 inches of sea rise is locked in from Greenland ice that's already doomed. The problem is the paper doesn't include timing (expressly states that) while the authors got heavily quoted saying this could be by 2100 (one described it as an "educated guess" to AP). Great that Jessica's pointing to 'news you can use'. That was the prime point of this post - on setting aside expectations of clarity on future sea level and getting busy based on what's established:
