Basically, this is a layer from the FSO. Data owner = FSO.
The GWR data are entered by the respective communes or the responsible authorities.
The buildings (addresses) are listed in the GWR as existing. However, the cadastral survey only has provisional buildings in the data. I do not know the current status of the buildings.
The addresses from the data set (building addresses) are listed as provisional (planned).
For this reason, the GWR does not use the coordinate of the official cadastral survey but a manually entered coordinate for the building position.
As a result, three buildings are listed here on the same plot and at the same location.
In addition, it is also referred to as a land register extract. The published data have nothing in common with a land register extract.
This problem solves itself with the updating of the data in the cadastral survey.
The official cadastral survey updates the buildings in the data within a maximum of one year after the reported completion of construction. (This varies from canton to canton).
