payment of Rehmann for tax preparation

    As previously reported, Rehmann completed preparation of our US tax
forms for 2025 and I signed and submitted them.  We did not owe any
taxes or penalties.  I have now received the bill for their services, of
$1250.00 USD.  During our discussions on hiring Rehmann we received an
estimate of $1,200 - $1,250 for this work and this bill is within that
estimate.  I recommend that someone make a motion to pay this bill.
