Year end get together

Good morning cyclists.

The board is looking at planning a year end get together.

Currently we are looking in the kw/cambridge area.

We have contacted a few venues and the topic of numbers keeps coming up
for availability and pricing.

The meal and drinks would be paid by each individual.

Please reply to me directly, gurto...@rogers.com with only a yes or
maybe and a price point you would be comfortable with.

Please do not reply if you are not interested, this will make it easier
for me to tabulate the results.

Good afternoon members, great news!

We have booked a private room at the Edelweiss Tavern in Kitchener for a
year end get together/dinner.

The club will cover the cost of the room, you will be responsible for
your meal and drinks.

The date is Tuesday December 16th.

Please arrive by 6 with dinner to follow around 6:30

The address is 600 Doon Village Dr. Kitchener.

We will list the event on rwgps so please use that to confirm your
attendance.

More details to follow.
