Good morning everyone! We are considering opening a new location on
the 380 corridor in Cross Roads. The primary reason is because we want
to expand our doggy daycare and boarding capabilities, but we would
also offer grooming at that location. The $64,000 questions is this:
If you lived north of the bridge in Little Elm would you find it more
convenient to bring your dog(s) to the new location?

I think it would be closer for me in Oak Point. I am so thrilled at the
prospect expanding again. Have you had any success finding another groomer?

Right now, with the horrendous construction/traffic situation in East LE, versus the West Side, going anywhere on the West Side versus going East into/thru LE is much preferable... When school is in session the traffic jams are double those of non-school days...Apparently this Eldorado construction "mess" is going to last a couple more years with our worst days yet to come, so yes I would use your Cross Roads location.....I/we (my daughter and son-in-law) go to Lake Dallas/Hickory Creek for as much of our needs as we possibly can, versus going into LE in spite of the bridge toll i.e., QT, Cleaners, Restaurants, WalMart, Albertson's, Dentist, ATM, etc..
I'm sure the New Walmart in Cross Roads, CVS and other stores /restaurants to come, with the development there, are going to bring new business to that area from Aubrey, Pilot Point, Krugerville, Tioga, Oak Point, even Whitesboro, literally all of those folks in horse country that haven't had any of those facilities all along....
The downside is the "lethal traffic" on 380, but most of the people who will shop the Cross Roads Shopping area will be coming from side roads and thus not traveling on 380 but for very short distances...

I'll go wherever you and Anita are! By going north of the bridge, I know several people who I'd refer to you. We are in desperate need of a good doggy daycare and boarding facility in our area. I'd trust my babies with you guys in a minute!
