hi everyone

I have fMRI study done in zebra finch (small bird species). I have 16 birds which were scanned at three stages in their development period. While they were scanedevery bird was made to listen to three songs. SO I have age with three levels and song type with three levels as two factors within subjects.

I performed first level analysis in SPM, but I understand a repeated measures design in SPM may not possible.
So I wanted to use GLM_FlexFast2. But I wanted to know if the tool box would work for a small animal data. As well as for viewing the results, is it possible to use SPM?

thank you

Payal

The GLM_Flex tools are better suited to this analysis, particularly if
you want to evaluate main effects and interactions within the same
model. The tools don't care what the data is, as long as it's nifti
files being input.

The visualization tools should also work, but you will need to supply
your own underlay.

That can be done as: FIVE({{'MyUnderlay.nii'}});

and then you can open the statistic maps on that underlay.
