How to delete outer element but keep inner content?

Assume I have the following HTML code:
 
....
<b>
 <p> .....</p>
 ...
<p>.....</p>
</b>
.....
 
Now I want to delete the <b>......</b> elements but keep the content inside.
 
Can I do this somehow with Firebug?

Right click on the <b> element, Select "Edit HTML", then remove the <b> element, keeping the inner content.
