1. you are included and your contact information is correct
2. your track is included naming correct chair names and affiliations
3. all your reviewers are listed with correct contact information

In case something should be updated, please send me the modified latex lines or file excerpt and I will replace these pieces. One can recompile the document by 'pdflatex complete'

You are right. Actually, I simply diff-ed the .tex file with the list of reviewers on the website and I sent you the differences. Never mind then, no need to add Robert to the TPC.

Some other notes:

1) Regarding Fabio D'Andreagiovanni affiliation, it should be:

I have not added Robert to the PC list as it seems that in the last years track chairs have not been added to the list of PC although track chairs have also reviewed papers. Robert is chair of EvoComplex. But if you wish adding Robert to the pc list, I will do this.

Dear all

Antonio’s mail reminds me that you should also check your details at www.evostar.org and ensure that Pablo receives any information updates so that the website is kept updated too. We use the website information when preparing the conference handbook circulated to all at Parma and you want the correct affiliation against your names!

I see that Antonio’s affiliation has been updated at the website but everyone should just double-check their own details.

This is a reminder that the early EvoStar registration rate expires at midnight tomorrow, Wed 28 Feb and from 1 March a higher registration rate will apply.

We see that a number of the EvoAPP track chairs have not yet registered and you do not want to pay the higher fees needlessly. I am assuming you have just lost sight of the deadline due to the short days in February but please don’t waste money by further delay.   The registration link is at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/STANDARD-evo2018

Registering and attending to support the EvoAPP sessions is part of your obligation as a track chair and why you are included as an editor on the proceedings.  Managing the large number of APP sessions is a shared responsibility between all the track chairs and this is what you agreed to from the outset, so please do not delay in your registration if you have not already done it.  Even if payment is delayed to the end of the week, please be sure to get your registration submitted  before midnight on Wed so it is marked for an early rate.
