Dear EvoApps Chairs,
If you have not yet assigned reviewers for your tracks can I urge you to complete this stage soon. The deadline for returned reviews is 10th December 2017.
Please take note of the following email, sent by Marc last week regarding the possibility of reviewers not receiving email messages.

Dear Evo* chairs,
This is a follow-up of my mail from yesterday about possible anti-spam filters deleting MyReview emails, that came to my mind after receiving the first instructions-to-reviewers.
Even if you didn't experience authors' complaints, I think we should try to prevent discovering by the review deadline that some reviewers have never received the instructions to review (and we should not expect them to inquire).
One way to do this, after sending reveiwers' instructions to all reviewers, is to send from your personal account one group email (all reviewers in Bcc), saying something like (replace EvoEvent with your preferred event :-)
Dear EvoEvent reviewer,
We have now sent out the instructions to all reviewers.
If you have received them, you can stop reading and delete this email.
If you haven't received anything from us, then please get in touch with us immediately: some aggressive anti-spam filter probably deleted the email at some point between the submission system and your account.

To get the list of all reviewers' emails, you should go to the Program Committee -> Add/Modify page, and click on PC Members -> Export on top of the page. You will receive an Excel file (with # as separator) and the first field is the email.
