Representative Daniel Goldman of New York plans to introduce a resolution clarifying that the Constitution’s two-term limit for presidents applies even if the terms are not consecutive.

I'm not sure this is a good move.  The Repukelicans still in office are so cowed and spineless that this resolution, which is not a secret vote, is sure to fail.  Having failed it will support what it intended to ban.
