Paramount owns CBS and they need approval from the US Federal Communications Commission for a $8.4 billion merger with Skydance Media. Paramount already gave a $16 million bribe to Trump: 


And now CBS is muzzling Stephen Colbert, one of Trump's harshest critics, so now the FCC is virtually certain to approve the merger.
