The CCP encourages intellectual theft as a national policy. What is a bit surprising is that they have not stolen the recipes for Pfizer's or Monsanto's mRNA prevention? Or, they did, but they low-balled it for production; instead using their old, Soviet technique, which has less of an effect for protection? They could have also stolen Paxlovid, which is for those already infected to prevent mortality and hospitalization. The rioting against the Zero-Covid policy proves to me that their system works worse than ours on most things, save street crime.

If the CCP sends the PLA to blockade Taiwan as Party-saving measure against internal opposition, Joey will have his hands full.
My takeaways? Apple sided with the CCP against the protestors so boycott them. The world outside US borders has a greater impact on our internal fighting, than our political civil wars do.

That would be impossible because Xi Jinping has said repeatedly that the Chinese vaccine made with old fashion techniques was just as good or better than the newer method using CRISPR gene splicing technology; to change policy now, after a brutal lockdown and hundreds of thousands of Chinese deaths, would be admitting he made a grave mistake. And dictators NEVER make mistakes.

You just figured that out? I've always known that capitalism was better than communism, not perfect but much better.

Your hatred of Apple is not a sufficient reason for me to boycott them because you only know how to play one tune on your sad little violin and "Outrage In The Key of Hate" starts to get a bit old after about 11,000 repetitions. You hate communists but you hate capitalists even more, in fact you've admitted that you hate everybody, except of course for the potential dictatorship of Donald Trump, you don't hate that at all. But I don't play golf and I don't want to stay in a gaudy overpriced hotel room so the Trump organization can provide nothing that I want or need. So unless I cut myself off from all human contact and and become completely self-sufficient I have no choice but to buy things from somebody you hate.

If freedom and democracy is destroyed in the US it will not be because it was attacked from the outside but because it rotted from the inside out, and January 6, 2021 was the most excruciating symptom yet of that lethal disease.

My bet is that the Chinese bribe-wagon will come to a close, because of Xi and the CCP's need to maintain power, divert internal rebellion and blockade Taiwan, which is less of a threat to the PLA than a true invasion. Apple's board of directors will likely in the event of US casualties (a possibility?) be blamed by the public.

Don't worry, DeSantis will fix it!
