There may be chaos even before those plans come into play. The following potentially questions decidability of the election procedure. Another angle for creating chaos.

Once again we see the theme, that stirring up trouble and sowing chaos is easy, while debunking the same through context and concrete evidence is both considerably more difficult and time consuming.

Trump's plan to steal the election if he legitimately loses is to file numerous lawsuits to delay certification. The US Constitution is explicit on a number of days certain after the election, sometime toward the end of December, when the election must be certified, and if not, the decision who will be POTUS, is delegated to the House of Representatives, where each state gets ONE vote, regardless of how many reps  it has. So, for example, Montana gets ONE vote, the same number as highly populous states having numerous reps such as NY and CA. The House today has 26 delegations representing red states, and 24 representing blue states. AG

It's the "time consuming" that worries me.  I'm sure that illegal interference in the election will cause the DoJ under Merritt Garland to leap into action and file indictments sometime in 2029.

I wish you were wrong. 

Hopefully not wrong in the sense that by 2029, the US and the many countries tending right, regress passed the idea of: Wasn't the whole woke mind virus responsible for "elections" as well; who needs those when we got strength/greatness which we have to defend from degenerate woke, women, children, elderly, jews, black, brown, white, poor, immigrants, sick, academics, woke scientists, other flags etc. (basically everybody non white/successful male in their twenties/thirties living in a bubble, yet walking on a pavement built by degenerates not in that demographic)?
