Our new Dell Server only supports UEFI boot.
Has anyone had any luck building a UEFI installer or installing ESOS on UEFI hardware?

Thanks

Yes, in recent ESOS releases (4.x), GRUB is installed for both BIOS
and UEFI modes.

I am having a problem where it’s going to a blank screen after the grub menu and editing the grub menu I don’t see the efi options. Do I need to update grub?

The GRUB menu you see on the screen (and editing options there)
doesn't have any changes on BIOS/UEFI mode for GRUB that I recall.

If you're using UEFI-only mode on your system and seeing the GRUB
menu, then GRUB UEFI *is* working. If you're getting a blank screen
after the GRUB menu option is selected (pressing ENTER or waiting for
the 5 seconds to auto-select) then maybe that's something with the
video options, and perhaps changing GRUB menu settings will help that.
Not sure. We don't do anything fancy (no graphic splash screen, etc.)
so not sure what would cause that. Might be worth checking out the
GRUB forums a bit and see if there is an answer there.

Is there a way to set a static ip address via the filesystem so I can see if I can ssh into the software in case it’s booting to a blank screen?
Thanks
