I plan to go to the Emaar office on Wednesday July 3 at 11am and demand a meeting with the CEO. Would request all the affectees to please join in so that we can collectively take up our case. The more the better. If anyone has a contact in the media, would appreciate it they can also be requested to join us to present our case.
Please would request maximum attendance as we must bring a resolution to this matter.

Unfortunately  I do not have any contact with the media.

Pls have someone read the contract. I am sure emaar has the utitlity connection charges built into it. Most developers charge this.

Interest rate / rent can be discussed but pls read the agreement properly or get a legal opinion first before involving the media.

They are finally at a stage to start deliveries so its better to argue/push with emaar and settle issues and move on. Cases/media will only spoil the market value of what you are getting.

Pls try to sort this out positively and dont push it into a limbo like before. The only people who will lose are customers.

Disclaimer.. i have nothing to do with emaar and have already sold my property a long time back.. but just my 2 cents...

Very well! We had a turn out of over 15 people. CEO met us personally and was very responsive on many matters. Overall a very productive meeting. Looks like things are in the final stages for Coral.

The meeting went well. All issues were discussed and there out come was favourable.  We are awaiting the minutes of the meeting and will circulate the same.
