Additional field tags in JMdict

I just got around to adding 11 of the new field tags discussed in
https://github.com/JMdictProject/JMdictIssues/issues/98

They are:

prowres : professional wrestling
figskt : figure skating
motor : motorsport
civeng : civil engineering
surg : surgery
min : mineralogy
vet : veterinary terms
boxing : boxing
internet : networking, WWW
chmyth : Chinese mythology
jpmyth : Japanese mythology

Correct. We've had a "sumo" field tag for a while now . Over 500
entries are tagged with it.
