Hi,

I used DuctApe to analyze unevolved and evolved Vibrio cholerae strains. Every expected output was as it should be, except for the KEGG outputs. The KEGG outputs were not coloured to indicate variations.

I used the pangenome path. Attached is the the kind of KEGG output I got.
Please, any idea why this may happening. Why is my KEGG output different from what is expected?

Regards,
Nana

Hi,

DuctApe is not actively maintained anymore, and the KEGG API, which we
are using to make those maps, changes from time to time. If you could
share your inputs and commands used (directly to me if you cannot
share them publicly), I might be able to give it a try to see why you
are not getting the expected output.

Best,
Marco

Hi Marco,
I shared my files with you, are you able to run Ductape for my files. I have similar issue with KEGG DB.

Regards,
Nasser
