new group with add/delete permission for SUBMIT-Group

Hi,

Is it possible to create a group whose members can add and delete people
from the SUBMIT-Group of a Collection? We'd like to give this permission
to some users without giving them collection admin rights.

Hi Franziska,

Currently, only Collection Admins can manage Collection groups or permissions. There's no way to assign group management permissions without giving the user at least Collection Admin permissions (or Community Admin or full Admin).
