COUNTER, SUSHI support?

Here we have suddenly developed an interest in COUNTER and SUSHI. I
told my boss that there has been interest in these for some time in
the DSpace community, and then went to look for results. So far I've
found some work to push statistics into IRUS and nothing else. That
should mean there is a patch that implements COUNTER reports but no
work yet on SUSHI?

Meanwhile I grabbed copies of the WSDL documents and schemas for
these, and worked out how to get classes generated from them with a
Maven plugin. (I've also started gathering notes for JAX-WS: The
Missing Manual. )-:

Hi Mark,

correct, in order to support aggregation of stats by IRUS UK, USA, AUS, ... we have done work in this area and have a pull request pending for DSpace 7:

If your interest/requirement in the SUSHI format is not related to IRUS aggregation etc, may I ask which stats aggregator you are looking into? If there is a wider demand for this it might help us to speed things up !!!
