Hi Frank

請問  只想要看Brain中某一點的ODF

除了用  http://dsi-studio.labsolver.org/Manual/odf-visualization  的方法

是不是沒辦法直接用DSI Studio 看到呢?

那如果想看Brain中某一點的SDF  有辦法使用DSI studio 或 Matlab看到嗎

因為我想要知道ODF和SDF對Signal loss的容忍度  (有多少Signal loss的時候ODF及SDF會開始變形......)

在reconstruction時的advance option裡選ODF就可以看到了。

這裡的odfs存的似乎是全腦的ODF

請問我有辦法只存腦的某個Slice的ODF  或是知道哪些ODF是在我想要的Slice上嗎

您好

   我想用matlab看腦中某一Slice的ODFs

   load進來的dimension為[80,80,56]

   我想這代表Brain被分為56張Slice(不知是否正確

   

  我想看第30張slice的ODFs  但矩陣odfs的數量不是80*80*56  我不知道odfs中的哪些屬於第30張slice

  本來想說有ODF的voxel  fa0應該會不等於0

  也許可以用這個線索找到我想知道的第30張slice的ODFs

  但我寫了迴圈

   p=0;

   for i=1:358400

     if  fa0(i)~=0 

      p=p+1;

      end

   end

如果我剛才的假設正確

應該會p=70347(有ODF的voxel都會有fa0)

但不知道為什麼

算出來p=70325

請問為什麼會這樣呢  有ODF的voxel不是一定會有fa0嗎

我有其他辦法知道每個odfs的column對應於80*80*56矩陣中的哪個voxel嗎?

另外想請問

   odfs = [odf0 odf1 odf2 odf3]

   這個odfs   321xn

   

   321就是所謂的Einstein length, ODF的321個擴散長度嗎?

在右邊option下面的ODF rendering的position可以改變設定

只用fa0(i)~=0是不夠的，要加上odfs = odfs(:,max(odfs) > 0);

  index0 = reshape(index0,dimension);

  dir0 = odf_vertices(:,index0(7,50,6)+1); 

  得到ODF主軸的方向向量

  那我有辦法知道主軸及第二主軸的長度嗎?

如果你用DSI, QBI, 或GQI，ODF的peak的值減去min(ODF)後就是fa0, fa1, fa2
