create dMRI tempalte using DARTEL

Dear Dr.Yeh, 

Hello, I am currently working on the connectometry analysis to get the correlational pathway with dti_fa & neuropsychological scores. 

However, my subjects are neurodegenerative patients who have quite different brain shapes and sizes from young normal adults', so I am trying to create a subject-specific template. 

To do so, I followed the documentation of http://dsi-studio.labsolver.org/Manual/create-dmri-template. 

To create averaged T1 from all subjects, I used the DARTEL toolbox in SPM, then I warp ICBM2009a T1W to DARTEL T1 and applied warp to QA and ISO map as steps 2&3 in the document instructed. 

However, the output of warped QA looks somewhat invalid. 

I attached the file of step2 output (std2DARTEL.nii) and warped QA(MR_DARTEL.QA.nii.gz) & ISO map.

Is the warp process incorrect?

I uploaded the std2DARTEL.nii in the dropbox.

1. The T1W image of your subjects are without skull (by FSL's BET2?),
and thus the T1W template also needs to have skull removed.
2. The smoothing parameters need to be increased if there are too much
distortion.

If this still doesn't work, please let me know.
