Hi Frank,

A colleague and I are using dsi studio via docker.

We are concerned that as we pull the 'latest' version of DSI Studio our results will contain consistency issues across subjects and over the course of the project.

Is there a possibility of creating a separate version of DSI Studio in Docker for each update or at least one fixed version of DSI Studio via docker so that there would not be any consistency issues across subjects (via updated versions of the docker DSI-Studio)?

Thank you so much in advance for your time in addressing this concern.

Best,
Steve

Hi Steve,

Yes, I am going to add a version tag on the docker release in the
near future. Hopefully, this helps.

Best,
Frank

Hi Frank,
Hope you are well.

I was wondering if there have been any updates on the distinct docker versions of DSI studio.

The latest version (to my knowledge) had a change from trk.gz files to tt.gz files and caused some pipelines to fail.

Is there a way to get access to a particular and singular (unchanging) docker version of DSI Studio?

Thanks so much in advance.

Best,
Steve

Yes, I have created new tags for different versions, but the earliest
one is one month ago:
https://hub.docker.com/r/dsistudio/dsistudio/tags
I am very sorry that I don't have an older version of the docker container.

Perhaps I can help figure out a way to make the new DSI Studio work
with your pipeline?

Best regards,
Frank
