Reopening saved regions

Good morning, 

I'm having trouble reopening saved regions. 

Let me explain. 

We're working with regions derived from TMS points to reconstruct the tractography starting from specific points on the cortex. These TMS regions (that we consider as ROIs or Seeds), however, need to be translated to best fit to the patient's cortex/subcorticaòl layer. Once I've completed all the work, I save both the individual TMS-derived tracts and the modified regions; however, when I reopen  these saved files, it doesn't open the modified regions but the original ones. What can I do?

Could you provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue here?
If I can reproduce the bug on my side, then I can fix it right away.
