Hi Frank,
command image
qa.png
erro image
a.png

There is another small question, can the [Save ROI Screen] in the [screen] menu only save axial view PNG? Does it support saggital and coronal? If it could still support mosaic view, that would be even better. Thank you

Thanks for reporting this bug.
It seems there's an unexpected line break after 'qa' which is causing an issue. I'm trying to figure out the source of that.
To help me investigate, could you please tell me how you launched the command history? For instance, did you click the 'repeat' button in the command history, or was it through another action?

Best regards,
Frank

Q1:   I run [dsi_Studio ommands.csv] in CLI on Ubuntu
Q2:   There is another small question, can the [Save ROI Screen] in the [screen] menu only save axial view PNG? Does it support saggital and coronal? If it could still support mosaic view, that would be even better.

In Linux systems, computers are typically not equipped with a monitor, yet there remains a requirement to save images. Currently, the --action=vis option necessitates monitor support via $DISPLAY; otherwise, it fails to function. I hope to be able to save images using the Command Line Interface (CLI) without being constrained by the need for a monitor. Of course, this is merely my suggestion.

Sorry for the late reply.
Q1: could you update DSI Studio and give it a try to see what the
error message is ? Please also post the console (button at upper right
corner) output and I will do my best to fix the bug.
Q2: Yes, you may switch the view to sagittal or coronal view using the
shortcut 'z' or 'x'
