Hello!

I am currently working on a project using custom regions in DSI studio and have a question regarding how to configure the regions in the Regions section. Our 2 custom regions are the cortical spinal track on the left and right (both with 1,000,000 tracts) and subject specific motor maps derived form TMS data. The main issue is that we can get get the tracts to work on one side but the other side doesn't even come close to the TMS region. We have tried various Seed/Tract maximum alterations with not much success. After dabbling with how we have those 2 regions set (ROI, Seed, End, etc.) and creating an ROA to weed out unneeded tracts, we think the problem maybe with how we are seeding the those 2 main regions.

Do you have any advice for how to go about setting up/ modifying these regions? I've watched most of the tutorials from the past workshops and have gotten close to figuring it out but keep missing. Thanks for the help and this great software!

There are many possible causes, and I would try dilating the ROI
region and or seed region to see if there is any clue.

Best regards,
Frank
