Licence file missing

I am suddenly being told my trial has expired and I am unable to download the licence file again, anyone else having this problem ?
I am using OSX Ventura 13.1

Please contact support directly.  If you provide the email address you used to purchase DS we can refresh the download link for you.

I puchased DropySync and had to take my Macx in for repair.  Apple decided to wilpe out my computer and I lost this App.  I have tried multiple times to contact Dropsync and Apple Support.  All I want to do is re-download the app and I can’t figure out how to do it!

Hi Dee,

If you purchased dropsync directly from us I can easily refresh your license file download link. In order to look up your order I need the email address you used for purchase. Seems like we don’t have a record for your gmail address. The best option is if you contact me directly using the “Send Feedback” button within the app. When you do please tell me the email address you used for purchase so I can look you up.

If you purchased from Apple (Mac app store) you should simply be able to redownload via the App Store for free.

Hi Geoff,

Looks like you purchased from the Mac App Store. In this case your license is just tied to your apple account.

You can view and redownload any apps you purchased this way according to these instructions from apple

Well, this is not Geoff, this is Diane Werner and I just spent 1/2 hr with apple support to try and reinstall the app with no luck!

I have a test version on my computer and I get this screen when I try to launch drop sync…
