Dotcms Plugin State is Installed

Hi Team,

I have develop a plugin but it's not Active state it's in Installed state can any one help me, earlier it's working on 4.2.2 version.

I have access to the source code it's build and deploy successfully and I am also change all dependency according to 5.1.5 but it's sate show Installed.

It looks like you need to provide this package "com.google.common.collect", if dotCMS is not providing it under "com.dotcms.repackage.com.google.common.collect". Given the error, I would guess it is not. I'm not seeing that library in Maven. https://repo.dotcms.com/artifactory/libs-release/com/google/common/
