DOAJ, how to upload metadata from doi/journal by API

Hello
I got a problem. I have received an API in the DOAJ database. Was told me that I can use potential of API to get all metadata of deposited articles in crossref database at once (massive upload content) and upload it into doaj.
Well, I have read twice API documentation at DOAJ site. I don't understand how it works. How can I add all metadata at once through API using into DOAJ database?
I insert some data in the formulation (fig. no1), but unfortunately, always error 400 happens.
I am not a programmist.
What should I do in a step by step solution?

To upload the amount of articles that I think you are talking about,
you would need to connect our API to an API of your own. I am going to
email you with more information.

I am looking for the API key and can't see this in the user account area.

I have tried using export of DOAJ XML using API key but I get a message like a picture below (Doaj Export)
I have tried registered button I get a message like the picture below (doaj register)
How to solve this problem, help me, please ?

After I make crosscheck the ISSN number, the correct ISSN number is 2338-5359.
