My newly added model doesn't appear on the user's side of the site

The new model appears on the admin site but doesn't appear on the user's side. I set the rules to (null=True, blank=False).

What could be the possible solution

If it is appearing on the admin site then it has been updated on the database.  It is possible that two things could cause the problem :
1.  The right query is not being used to generate a result.
2.  The right templating is not been used.
