I am not really sure what you are trying to propose here; generally a proposal should look something along the lines of https://groups.google.com/d/msg/django-developers/CD7OrkJ63zc/VRv2igHJxyIJ -- eg you'll have to do some research on the topic and write up a proper proposal.

Hi Palash,

I agree with Florian. I can't understand what it is you're proposing here. 

If this is intended as a full proposal, it needs a lot more detail; if this is an exploratory idea before you write a full proposal, you'll need to provide a lot more detail. As it stands, I can't work out what problem you're proposing to solve, how it relates to the current state of the art of Django API generation, and what your solution would look like.
