Nope, at least not in the U.S..
Which companies can you get samples from?
Mobio is one off the top of my head... But there are plenty of others. Search the diybio archives for 'free samples' and you'll find a list of sources.
How would I go about acquiring these samples?
Usually it's just putting in a shipping address and maybe a credit card to pay for shipping/handling.
