Hi,

I see that live555 WebRTC support is not coming any time soon, at least not in a open sourced way.
I worked a lot on a C/lang WebRTC Server (Janus) and i'll be happy to integrate a WebRTC module to Live555 and Open Source it, the problem is that i'am kind of overwhelmed by the lack of documentation wich make the situation more than dire to integrate anything.

I see from my perspective (wich can be wrong) that the Live555 for a WebRtc integration is missing :

1 - A SDP Builder/Parser

2 - A HTTP Server to Parse the signalization

3 - A Peer-Connection Manager

Just as a start is that correct or am i missing something ?
Any help or hint would be much appreciated.

Hi, I meant a Linux command line client that could handle text and
audio. Or maybe one smaller package for text and a separate one for
audio WebRTC, I am not a developer, so the actual implementation is best
decided by someone with knowledge about WebRTC.

I have not found an existing project with this focus, so I am going to
start one once I find a developer interested in pursuing it.

The idea is to bring WebRTC functionality to low-cost single-board
devices like the Raspberry Pi, which in my case, I will use in a project
helping blind persons in developing countries with distance learning
courses. I am sure though, that others will also find interesting uses
for a command line client.
