Rani, thanks for posting this.

Something in this resonated.

For years I thought realization meant finding the answer. More books. More videos. More retreats. More self inquiry. More understanding. I thought if I could just discover enough truth, I would finally get THIS.

What struck me in the video was the role belief may play.

Jesus said, “I am the way.” I no longer hear that as “follow me because I am different from you.” I hear it more as “live this way.” Embody this. Trust this. Be this.

Jesus performed miracles among people who believed. Yet in his hometown, where he was known as the carpenter, scripture says little happened there because people did not believe.

For me, something changed when I stopped trying to become awake and allowed myself to simply be. I realized what I was seeking was not something thought could reach or solve. The harder I tried to grasp reality, the further away it seemed.

I came to trust the perennial wisdom that has endured across generations and traditions, wisdom that now feels, in some ways, quietly echoed by science.

Not blind belief.

Trust. Openness. Willingness.

Oddly, when I stopped trying to grasp THIS, things began to click.

Maybe belief does not create truth.

Maybe it removes what stands in the way of seeing what has always been here.

Just reflecting.

Yes ‘I am the Way the Tuth and life!

My 2 cents:
I don’t discount anything I read, learnt from watching sages, or learnt and observed the functioning of the mind in groups like ours. All that lead to This ….
The big laugh we have is we are already what we seek but the mind was a wayward post. Then all the gyrations of reading and understanding lead us back to the post and we realize instead of that signpost pointing to us it made us go all around.
The cosmic joke !
💕peace and joy 🤩
