Employee Attendance System using Geo fence method.

Greetings from Sheik ismail, I'm currently working as a GIS trainer in Aerospace company. Now I'm in need of help to know about development of an android application based on geo fencing method for maintaining employee attendance.
So is there any android developers in this group please kindly help me.
I wanna give training to my students.
