Hi Everyone

I Recently have printed my own Cyclone PCB Factory and assembled it & i was doing some tests the other day and this is what happened:
Eagle Cad > PCB Gcode > OpenCNCPilot < This is a Auto-leveler software, and i got this dog bone / missed steps on the bottom end of the traces notice the other end its perfectly round?

Hi Benjamin, welcome!
Do you think it might be a mechanical lockup? In that case it may help to loosen the gears a bit & add grease to gears and rods.

It may also be caused by false triggering of the X endstop. But this should yield more erratic paths.
Also, could you share the g-code file? To check for other software related issues.

Thanks,
Carlos

Hey Carlos thank you for replying

I found out what the problem was, it was caused by the gears on the Steppers being printed at only 30% i reprinted them at 100% and theres no slipping now the
the nut had pulled though the plastic and the was loose

 Cheers Benjamin
