Repeated upload failures since Version 8.3.0 with this alert message being returned..

Sometimes closing and restarting Cyberduck reveals that the file did indeed upload, but not always. Mac Big Sur.

I've been experiencing the same thing for the past week. I saw a new update today and installed it. It's even worse now.
