Unable to download pdf file on v3 portal

Helloo everyone

I’m unable to download DIR 3 form on V3 or not able to cancel the SRN in case of resubmission

While downloading form it’s not able to open pdf and its shows DFO file zip which is also corrupt

Plz suggest any solution in this matter

Yesterday portal was not working properly, you can try again today with different browser
