Where is the log file on the Azure VM?

Installed Crossbar on Azure (using the Azure VM) and could not find the log file anywhere. The location `/home/ubuntu/crossbarnetwork/azure/node/.crossbar/log/` is empty (no log files inside). Debug option is enabled.

Below is the config being used:

Hi,

the Azure VM image is hopelessly outdated. We need to remove that.

Background: we had various issues on Azure, not related to Crossbar.io
itself, but more the VM management and in particular the Azure
marketplace. And sadly, the Azure Support team is unresponsive or
doesn't help much.

Anyway: please install from source.
