Hi

I have pushed a release candidate for 1.1

The list of changes can be found here.

Artefacts =>  https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/comgithubcrawler-commons-1009/

You can test it with Maven by inserting the following into your pom.xml

  <repositories>

    <repository>

      <id>my-repo2</id>

      <name>your custom repo</name>

      <url>https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/comgithubcrawler-commons-1009/</url>

    </repository>

  </repositories>

Tag =>  https://github.com/crawler-commons/crawler-commons/releases/tag/crawler-commons-1.1

I'll update the JAVADOCs, README etc... once the vote is finished.

One point:
2 issues are missing the CHANGES.txt (sorry, I forgot to add them to PR #292) :

- [BasicNormalizer] Normalizing the Percent character (Avi Hayun, sebastian-nagel) #263
- [BasicNormalizer] Convert Unicode IDNs to Punycode (Avi Hayun, sebastian-nagel) #248

I think no need to spin a new release candidate as the CHANGES.txt should also include
the release date of 1.1 and needs to be updated anyway.
