Contacts for Mayfield and Lazy UO Ranch

Does anyone have recent phone numbers or contact info for the Mayfield Ranch and Lazy UO Ranch in Las Animas County? These ranches are listed as possible birding locations in the CFO County Birding web site, but the phone numbers listed don’t appear to be active.

I haven't tried it, but the Colorado Birding Trail website also lists an email address for Mayfield -  gan...@hughes.net 

It doesn't have Lazy UO Ranch listed.  https://coloradobirdingtrail.com/
