GOSC Summer 2017

Hello,

I was looking at some Python projects that I would like to work on for GSOC for the summer of 2017. I found Coala to be a very interesting project, and I am looking into contributing to this project over the next couple months.

I was just wondering if this project will be be featured in GSOC 2017, as I would like to work on a project that could help me get a position in GSOC. I understand that the list has not officially been announced for GSOC 2017, but is there a possibility that this project will be a part of it?

coala will apply as an own organization to be in GSoC 2017. If that
doesn't work out, we'll do it via the PSF as last year. Please check
out coala.io/newcomers and coala.io/projects - and consider joining
coala.io/chat :)
