Unable to access console on Utah

Hi,

I start an experiment on Utah. The machine type is m400. But I cannot access the console. It shows:

No directory, logging in with HOME=/                                                                                                                                                  
connect: Connection refused                                                                                                                                                           
Session closed. 


I also tried start another experiment several times. But the results are the same.

Could someone help me?

Is this still happening? Can you tell me a specific machine?

Yes. I think it is still happening on ms0633. Also on ms0122 and ms0132 but they are expired by now.

I have given all the chassis controllers (through which the SOL console
is accessed) a kick, so all the consoles should be accessible again for
the time being.
