CKAN 2.4 released, patch versions for 2.0.x, 2.1.x, 2.2.x and 2.3.x available

Hi all,

The CKAN team is happy to announce the release of the latest CKAN
version, 2.4.0.

There are less new features than on previous releases because we are
trying to move to faster release cycles but there are still plenty of
improvements and important fixes.

We have also made available patch releases for the 2.0.x, 2.1.x, 2.2.x
and 2.3.x versions.

As usual thanks to all of you who have contributed patches or
translations and reported issues. Special thanks to David Read for
having managed most of this release as well!
