Adepticon Volunteers

It's that time of year again, I need a list of volunteers for various events at Adepticon.

So far we need:

Thursday
Evening demos
Evening tourney. John S+

Friday
Am demos
Pm demos
Day time Tourney John S+
Evening tourney. John S +

Saturday
Am demos
Pm demos
All day tourney John S+

Sunday
Demos
Big game NPC. John S +

Call dibs here for events.
Doing demos will also entail collecting score sheets from the open play spec ops build games. ( just throw them in a folder, I'll take care of the data entry)

I can use at least one other judge for each of the tourneys and would like at least two for the Saturday tourney.

Here we go again! AdeptiCon 2014 is just over 5 months away and event registration is about to begin! 

Being a past volunteer, we want to make sure we give you the opportunity to volunteer again, get a code and be prepared before the registration frenzy starts!

AdeptiCon is what it is because of people like you. We are well over 150 individuals strong at this point and staff, attendees and vendors are all extremely grateful for the effort and time you put into this convention.

If you are interested in volunteering for AdeptiCon 2014, please visit the following link and fill out all the appropriate sections:

AdeptiCon 2014 Volunteer Registration

Your volunteer schedule will be verified with the event organizers and you will receive an email containing your Volunteer Voucher code prior to the cart going live. Volunteer Voucher codes will be worth a set dollar amount that you can apply towards a Weekend Badge, any tournament/gaming event, hobby seminars and items in the AdeptiCon Store. They can be used in conjunction with any webcart purchase (so you could sign up for a Weekend Badge, 2 tournaments and 3 seminars at the same time as submitting your Volunteer Voucher code). You will be able to use this voucher during checkout as soon as the webcart goes live (November 14th, 7PM Central Time). In the meantime, you can browse the draft schedule at: http://cart.adepticon.org.

At a minimum, volunteers will receive a Weekend Badge and an invitation to the After Con Mixer. Compensation will be determined by total volunteer effort and hours and handled on case by case basis, but as a general rule of thumb: A full day of volunteering = a Weekend Badge and one event ticket.

Volunteer Vouchers are not transferable and are only good for one use. The code will be disabled automatically after processing. Please do not share your code with anyone.

They're coming, they have to go through a lot of applicants. I just want to have a list to cross reference

If you sent in an application don't register until you get the voucher.
