Smart Board Support

I’m just wondering if anyone would be able to assist me with an issue I’m having with a number of Smart Boards. Having difficulty calibrating new teacher laptops with the board. Have software installed and board connected the same way as with older laptop which worked fine but cannot click on Orient to calibrate the board. Finding it difficult to find a support company who are familiar with Smart Boards. The company we originally purchased them from are no longer in business. Could anyone advise me?

Afternoon Fiona, with the latest updates of Windows 10 and especially from version 2004 released in May 2020 to the latest 21H1 there have been many driver issues from printer drivers, Interactive Whiteboards and especially with Smartboards; and in some of these cases we could not find a suitable driver and the boards were no longer Interactive
So a few questions to try and find a solution if possible.
What was the operation system of the older notebooks that worked with your Smartboards
Which model of Smartboards are you using?
What is the version of Smart drivers on your new computers?
The name and make of your new notebook computers and the windows version installed?
You could try and update by following the link below for the latest drivers.

We are a Smart Certified Installation company based in Navan.
I am pretty sure from the image that your software is not fully installed.
If you give me a call I have a couple of questions re. type of board and connection but Smart Support is brilliant and they should be able to talk you through it.
