iPad Unavailable Message

Hi all,

Long story short,

I had updated iPads recently and another member of staff incorrectly reset the passcode. Thus meaning when the previous passcode was inputted correctly too many times, the iPad has now locked itself. It is not accepting commands from Jamf.

How can I reset it to its previous state in Jamf?

Hi Claire,

If I was in that position, I would try to restore the iPad by connecting it to your computer using iTunes. That or Apple Configurator if you have used it before.
