RNA seq data from METABRIC, via cBioPortal

Hi

I recently downloaded the breast cancer RNA expression dataset for the METABRIC cohort via cBioPortal. I am having a hard time finding out what the expression numbers represent (RPKM, TPM, etc.). Where can I find this information?

Hi James,

In cBioPortal we present the data directly from the publication, so you can refer back to the original METABRIC publication for the methods applied to generate the expression data.
